With over 4 years of experience in personal training and 7 years in football coaching, I’ve been able to learn so much about the individual when it comes to training. I believe as human beings we are meant to be always moving. My type of training is to truly push your body and mind through certain sets, reps or distances but at the same time enjoy the process. When an individual reaches his/her ‘flow state’ opportunity is endless when it comes to fitness goals.
