I started practising yoga regularly in 2012 and then began teaching in 2016. My curiosity for enjoyable exercise evolved into a healthy routine and I liked how showing up in class helped me become calmer and kinder outside of the studio. Styles I teach include Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Hot, Yoga Nidra, and Meditation.
Currently based at Pure Yoga Pacific Place. Classes are open to non-members at a drop-in rate of $350. Private Yoga can be arranged through membership + packages available. Feel free to reach out via email or Instagram!
