Being a mother myself, I’m sure I can relate in wanting to feel and move well, even when you become a Mum! Staying fit and active during pregnancy can be so important for once your baby is here. I’m passionate in making sure women exercise safely during and after pregnancy whilst being able to reaping the benefits; maintaining energy levels, core connection, pelvic floor function, good posture, and muscle mass in that prenatal phase; as well as helping them to approach their postnatal fitness journey with a strategy, to carefully heal their body, allowing for a safe and effective recovery
